Jacob & Rosemary had a beautiful red, white, and blue wedding on July 6, 2013. We had the pleasure of photographing this sweet couple during their engagement session (you have to see those photos) and their wedding day at Faith Lutheran Church in Rochelle, Illinois. After the ceremony, guests enjoyed a celebration at the Tebala Shrine in Rockford, Illinois starting out with a fun Celtic Band. The couple showed their love for hockey in many of the details of their day. In fact, Jacob asked Rosemary to marry him at a special hockey game their family all played in. Written on the game face-off puck said, “Will You Mary Me.” How cool is that…so creative! Many blessings to you Jacob & Rosemary!

it would be great to learn more about my camera and what I can do with it
I shared the status and I Liked your page! I would like the workshop because I am a new photographer trying to get my feet wet. I am a mother of 3 that runs a farm of show horses and show pigs. I have been teaching my self at this point taking what advice I get and feed back from friends and family and of course I YOUTUBE. I met you at my friend Maleries wedding and fell in love with your work and your style! I hope to continue to be able to get education from the best!

#3- My family makes fun of me for all the pix I take… Maybe if they were better, they wouldn’t???? =)
I shared the link…already like your page…will gift it forward to an up and coming photographer should I win.
i would love to earn a spot in your workshop! I have a great camera, and I do not know how to use it properly. Automatic is my go to setting. If learned how to use my camera to its full potential, I know that I could capture amazing memories for my family to cherish! I love photography and capturing moments in time, and this workshop could help me to achieve just that!

#3- I would love to take your class because I am very interested in photography, and I have a DSLR camera that I am trying to learn how to use more effectively. I have assisted with one of your photo-shoots, and I have been in two of them, and I love the work that you two do. I would love to learn more about how to use a DSLR to take photography to the next level. 🙂
I already liked you on Facebook! #2 Check!

For my third: I’d love to this workshop because I’ve had a DSLR camera for years now, and have tried to teach myself how to use it “beyond auto” but I learn best from another person, and haven’t gotten very far trying to teach myself from books or youtube. I’ve drooled over your workshops before, but haven’t had money to invest in one yet (Senior year is EXPENSIVE with kids–and I expect next year with college will only be worse!) Also, I have enjoyed our photo shoots with you guys and know it would be a really fun day!
Already liked you Facebook–does that count for number two? 🙂

I always consider it honor to photograph so many wonderful young people, including this beautiful girl, Lauren. She loves the country life and is even the President of FFA at her high school. It has been a joy getting to know Lauren and being able to capture her sweetness and beauty.
Have a wonderful senior year Lauren and thank you for such a fun session!
Logan and Holly are a fantastic couple (and their families are so kind)! We loved photographing these two during their engagement session and on their amazing wedding day, June 22, 2013! Their ceremony took place at the beautiful Evangelical Lutheran Church of St. John in Sycamore, Illinois. After the ceremony, guests enjoyed a wonderful reception celebration at Altgeld Hall at Northern Illinois University in DeKalb. This was our second time photographing at Altgeld Hall, and it is gorgeous (and our alma mater). =) The music was provided by the always fun, Mark Charvat with J & M Productions. For their honeymoon, Logan & Holly traveled to Colorado and stayed in a cabin up in the mountains (they love anything outdoors!). Many blessings to you two love birds and congratulations as you start your lives together…keep in touch!
We love to hear your comments below!
I had an absolute blast photographing sweet little Benden for his 2 year photos. Oh my goodness, he is just adorable. We had a great time in the studio and then stepped outside for some fun with bubbles and bicycles. Here are some of my favorites from his session.
Oh my goodness, he is adorable! Love the pictures!

Caleb & Cara had included so many personal touches to make their wedding day amazing, from cowboy/girl boots, hayrides, bacon cupcakes….to custom barn-wood signs. Their June 15, 2013 wedding took place at the always wonderful Kilbuck Creek in Monroe Center, Illinois. It has been a joy to get to know this awesome couple during their engagement session and while photographing their wedding! The reception was so memorable with a fantastic country band from Tennessee, breakfast for dinner, lots of dancing, and a beautiful lantern send-off. Thank you Caleb & Cara for allowing us to document your beautiful wedding day…many blessings to you!
Looks like a fantastic, relaxing ceremony. Thanks for sharing these pictures.
